ORDERING INFORMATION:   Several options are available to place orders.  1) Use the interactive order form after selecting items from our online catalogue, then submit.  2) Or if you prefer, print out the order form from this site and simply mail it or attach it as as email and send it or call us with your order.   Be sure to include:   Your name and address, (mailing and physical), telephone number, email address, the date you would like your order sent (see shipping info),  method of payment, and of course, the list of irises you want.   There is no minimum order.   We apologize, but at this time we are not taking orders from outside the continental U.S.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:   We accept Visa and MasterCard as well as Paypal. If using credit cards or Paypal for payment, follow the link to the Paypal Money Service provided on the order confirmation screen and follow the easy instructions to complete your payment.   Please use  siberianirisgardens@live.com  as the send to email address on the Paypal Money Service. We will also accept personal checks or money orders. Please make checks or money orders payable to "Siberian Iris Gardens". Plants will not be shipped until checks have cleared.    

SHIPPING INFORMATION:   We ship from late April until June 1st, and then again from September 1st to mid October, by Priority mail or FedEx. Please indicate your preference for shipping date on the order form, keeping in mind the irises should be planted when temperatures will be below 80 for about two weeks after planting in the spring, and that in the fall you should plant four to six weeks before your first freeze date.   We recommend spring shipping for the most northern states, and fall shipping for the most southern states. Shipping is $8.00 east of the Mississippi and $10.00 west of the Mississippi. Wholesale orders will be billed shipping at cost.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT:   Your order will be acknowledged promptly. We will also send you a notice when your plants ship. Please set your email preferences to accept our email address: siberianirisgardens@live.com  We respond to all inquiries timely. Should you not hear from us within 48 hours, please contact us again. We may somehow not have received your message.  

OUR GUARANTEE:   We guarantee plants to arrive at your home healthy, and to be true to name. Other than that, should there be any problems, please talk to us. We want you to be happy. Under no circumstances will we be liable for more than the cost of the plant.  

SUBSTITUTIONS:   We will not substitute without your permission. Should we be out of a plant, we will notify you as soon as possible, with suggested substitutions. If you desire no substitutions, we will refund your money.
